Notifications or alarms did not fire
Open iPhone Settings, select Faithful Reps, and allow Notifications. On supported iPhones, also allow Alarms if you enabled Accountability Alarms. Return to Reminder Settings and apply the plan again.

Use these steps to solve common issues or report a problem without sharing sensitive health information or camera images.

Include your app version, iPhone model, iOS version, and a short description of what happened. Do not include private invitation links, sharing credentials, or sensitive health information.
TestFlight testers: Open TestFlight, select Faithful Reps, and tap Send Beta Feedback. You can also take a screenshot in the app and choose Share Beta Feedback.
Include these details
- Faithful Reps version and build number.
- Your iPhone model and iOS version.
- Whether the app was open, backgrounded, terminated, or the phone was locked.
- The exact button you used and what happened next.
For general support, please do not email camera recordings, passwords, medical information, or other sensitive personal data. Use the in-app reporting flow when you choose to include a partner's shared content as evidence.
Report or block a workout partner
Open Start Together, find Partner Safety, and choose Report Partner. To report, choose a reason, add an optional explanation, and decide whether to include the current partner photo or video. Read the report notice and explicitly agree before choosing Send Report or Report & Block Partner. The current caption and post information are included; media is copied only if you choose it.
Use Block Partner to stop sharing without sending a content report. Blocks apply in both directions to the same installation identities across future invitations. Reinstallation, reset, or another installation can change an identity. For help with a block or restriction, contact Support above.
Submitted reports and any evidence are private to Faithful Reps safety review. Deletion is scheduled 30 days after receipt; cleanup and provider backups can take longer. Deleting the original post or ending the shared start does not erase a submitted report. Read the Privacy Policy for retention and deletion details.
Quick help
Camera lost your body
Place the phone securely, use even lighting, keep your full body visible, and hold the starting position while calibration finishes.
Camera permission denied
Use Manual Fallback, or open iPhone Settings → Faithful Reps → Camera to enable optional on-device rep tracking.
Coach audio is silent
Check media volume, confirm Speak Reminders Aloud is enabled, and preview the selected female or male voice in Reminder Settings.
Restore membership
Open Safety & Accessibility, choose Restore Purchases, and confirm the iPhone uses the Apple Account that purchased the membership.
Cancel or change a plan
Open Safety & Accessibility and choose Manage Subscription, or use iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
Start over safely
Open Safety & Accessibility and choose Delete All Local Data & Scheduled Alerts. This cancels app-owned reminders before returning to onboarding. It does not cancel an App Store subscription.
Generated workout looks wrong
Reopen the workout generator and confirm the training style, focus, duration, equipment, difficulty, and avoided movements, then choose Try Another.
Safety comes first
The Health & Safety Exit is always available during an accountability challenge. Use it whenever continuing is painful, unsafe, inaccessible, or inappropriate. It stops the app-owned sequence without recording a completed workout.
Privacy
Exercise-camera frames stay on-device and are not saved. Optional partner media and explicitly submitted safety reports use separate sharing flows. Read the complete Faithful Reps Privacy Policy.
